How do I place an order for a diagram?
Ordering is simple: select your classic VW model from our collection, choose your preferred print size (A4 to A2), and add it to your cart. Follow the checkout prompts to provide your details and complete the purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay securely via PayPal for a smooth and fast transaction.
Which currencies can I pay in?
While our primary currency is GBP (£), our checkout automatically handles conversions for international buyers. You will see the final amount in your local currency at the point of payment.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
To ensure quick delivery, we process orders rapidly. Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. Once the printing process has started, we may be unable to halt it.
Are the products digital downloads or physical prints?
We specialised in premium physical prints. All diagrams are professionally printed on 200gsm archival-grade stock and delivered to your door. We do not offer digital file downloads to ensure the highest quality control.
Do I need to create an account to buy?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history and save your details for a faster checkout experience on future technical upgrades.

We offer standard and express shipping via Royal Mail and tracked international couriers to ensure your posters arrive safely.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping can take 7-14 days depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your diagram is dispatched.
How are the diagrams packaged?
We use heavy-duty cardboard tubes to protect your prints from creases or damage during transit.
Do I have to pay Customs/VAT?
UK VAT is included for local buyers. International customers are responsible for local import duties or customs fees upon arrival.
What if my order is damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
